yami_featured_image 天冷吃一锅暖心的寿喜锅吧 昨天去Hmart本来想买条鱼回家做水煮鱼的,结果去晚了鱼卖光了就买了点肥牛片… 想想很久没吃寿喜锅了就临时做了下,方便也很快 通常只要菜里有洋葱,我都要提前把洋葱煎到焦糖化在做后续步骤,真的超爱炒的甜甜的洋葱!! 乌冬面买的是冷冻柜里的五包装的讚岐乌冬,我个人觉得还蛮好吃的!! 因为是临时做的所以没用昆布出汁直接买的昆布液和酱油、味霖、糖和水混合就煮吧煮吧! 因为没火锅神器我都是煮完上桌所以肉片最后放,放肉片之前煮个水波蛋,拍照前再放上去😂很戏精了我
