那天Hmart五捆葱卖1刀,也不管用不用得着就买了= =怎么才22岁就那么像勤俭大妈呢………

于是之后就做了葱油,毕竟就俩人真的用不到那么多嘛






不单单是用油熬葱,熬葱之前先炸洋葱和八角香叶,让葱油味道的层次更丰富鲜明一点,然后再炸香葱

最好葱洗干净能沥干一点,不然下锅的时候容易溅油。当然你也可以用锅盖稍微遮一下,但是不要盖实,因为热气凝聚在锅盖再滴一下只会溅的更厉害哈

然后葱不要一下子放太多,会导致油温下降太快!






装葱油的罐子一定要无水无油洗干净,不然有水的话坏的快。刚装罐不要马上密封,放凉再密封。
