这学期的final终于圆满的落幕啦!撒花🎉🎉🎉




final结束的第一天做什么?约火锅+剧本杀。我们一共跑了屯里的三家超市买齐了所有的食材。中午11:30出发,下午接近3点才吃上🤦‍♀️但是这美味也很值了。锅底用的是国内重庆的99红火锅和小肥羊的清汤锅底。可以先把辣油锅加上橄榄油干辣椒花椒大葱生姜在炒锅里面翻炒一下更加入味。




之后就是食材的准备啦。肉类有大家都爱的羊肉片和猪肉卷,墨鱼🦑仔,丸类组合,最最好吃的鱼肠,鱼丸和午餐肉,蟹棒。蔬菜类有红薯🍠,千页豆腐,金针菇,油面筋,土豆,生菜,日本豆腐,蘑菇。都是大家比较熟悉的菜品。虽然种类不多,但是在温暖的屋子里伴随着欢声笑语我们吃的很满足。




调味料蘸酱我用的是香菜叶🌿+蒜泥+红腐乳。红腐乳是同学亚米上入的,很适合蘸料吃稀饭配菜。
