Korean Spicy Beef Soup

Last month, I grabbed a lot of good things on Double Eleven, but I was too busy with my studies and didn't have time to post, and the event was over if I was not careful😭😭😭


Let's try one of the ingredients today~





Dangdang~ is the spicy beef soup of the tumbler family





A box contains a bag





Each bag has a plate of solidified seasoning divided into two pieces, and two small packets of chili oil, a bit like curry packaging




Let me share my approach:

1.Boil two pots of water, one for soup and one for noodles.

2.Add tofu after the soup pot boils, cook for two minutes, then add the cooked vermicelli and braised beef.

3. I feel that the taste fades out of the sky, without the spicy and salty taste, so I added some Korean hot sauce and mixed it well. .


Eat with a bowl of rice, a simple meal is ready

韩式辣牛肉汤

上个月双十一抢到不少好东西,只不过学习太忙都没时间晒,一不小心活动就都结束了😭😭😭


今天来试吃一下其中的一个料包~





当当~就是不倒翁家的辣牛肉汤





一盒里面有一个包装袋





每袋有一板分成两块的凝固调料,还有两小包辣油,有点像咖喱的包装




下面分享一下我的做法:

1.烧两锅水,一锅煮汤,一锅煮粉条。

2.汤锅开后加入豆腐,煮两分钟后加入煮熟的粉条和卤牛肉。

3. 我觉得味道淡出天际,没有辣味和咸香,自己又加了点韩国辣酱,拌匀出锅。


吃的时候配一碗米饭,简单的一餐就做好啦
