冬日美式早餐🍰

放假了,大冬天的估计很多小伙伴晚上都会很晚睡,


然后第二天就睡到自然醒~


冬天睡懒觉确实是特别舒服的事情,但很多人因为这样


而错过了第一顿的早餐。直接就跳到午餐了


这样对身体是很不好的。其实睡晚一点没关系,


但早餐是必不可少的。


来分享一下美味的美式早餐




美味的煎蛋饼,鸡蛋营养充足,早上来个蛋饼是最好不


过了。这家早餐店的蛋饼里面加了少许面粉,吃起来


口感蓬蓬的,还挺香。


吐司加培根或者火腿,这是完美的搭配。再配上自己


喜爱的果酱抹在上面,完美!


饮料来杯果汁或者咖啡~丰盛的一顿早餐!





美式早餐最常见的西式欧姆蛋饼。里面加上各种馅料


培根,番茄,牛肉,火腿等等.....


根据自己的口味选择不同的馅料,特别美味。


其实一个蛋饼就已经很饱了。早餐营养完全足够





牛角包,糖心蛋,新鲜菠菜,再配上杯摩卡


牛角包是我的最爱,通常去烘焙店吃早点我点的做多的


就是牛角包。吃的松软可口的牛角包就感觉特别幸福


我以前在国内不太爱吃生的菜,其实生的菜比煮熟的更


有营养更健康,保留了菜的叶绿素和各种维生素。





芝士蛋糕,奶酪面包,三明治


其实我早上挺常吃三明治的,因为一个三明治里面夹带


鸡蛋,芝士,蔬果,火腿。既方便又营养。搭配起来


又美味。





一大早吃芝士蛋糕还是挺腻的。这块芝士蛋糕不是轻


芝士,吃两口就饱了,不过上面淋了果酱酸酸甜甜搭配


起来还挺特别。我更喜欢吃下面最底层的那层哈哈~





再来就是大汉堡!


通常我不会选择早上吃大汉堡。那天因为吃一个大汉堡


到中午还不饿。吃撑了去~汉堡里面夹两层肉还加培根


芝士一大片,简直就是高热量食物。还有side圈圈薯条


根本吃不完!太多了!



不管怎样,大冬天的早上还是要养成吃早饭的习惯


多少吃一点比较有营养的餐~


一天的精力也更充沛些
