吃吃喝喝好過年

這幾天終於有點時間做了不少好吃的。喜歡的除了烤肋眼牛排和雞胸夾起司和火腿外,另外一個喜歡做的就是烤龍蝦尾 🦐

做法也很簡單,用剪刀把背上殼剪到尾巴處,再把龍蝦小心的挖出來(最好帶手套以免手被刮割傷)擺放在龍蝦殼上。適量的刷上醬汁(融化奶油、黑胡椒、少許海鹽攪拌均勻即可,也可以加上蒜蓉醬.. 等等看個人喜好),下去烤(broiler)約10分鐘到龍蝦已經呈現實心白色。龍蝦烤完可以再另外擠上些許檸檬與切碎新鮮Parsley和融化奶油增加風味。配上些新鮮沙拉與杯白酒太享受了🍸
