超解馋且快手的煎饼果子(电饼铛版)








前两天试着做了麻叶,吃起来脆脆的香香的,还有点像煎饼里的脆饼,然后突然就很馋煎饼果子😂

之后便突发奇想是不是能用麻叶做煎饼呢?试了一下觉得好解馋!!!味道大概有80%相似吧~而且新手做也非常快~

虽然不是最正宗的版本,但是肥肠解馋啦~而且超快手,早餐也能轻松解决哦~







材料:









1.面糊:面粉,水,(绿豆粉或玉米面,但可省)

2.酱料:甜面酱,砂糖

3.夹菜:鸡蛋,生菜,午餐肉,麻叶(除了麻叶必备,其他可自选)






步骤:


. 准备麻叶


原料:

面粉200g,油10g,黑芝麻10g,盐2g,水适量


步骤:







1. 除了水的所有材料放入盆中,揉匀成图左上,然后慢慢加水,揉至没有干面。

2. 醒半小时以上,揉光(图左下)。






3. 然后擀薄,切去边角,其余的切成长方形,不够薄也没关系,切完以后再擀也可以。可以切成三角,也可以切花。

4. 油锅7分热,炸至两边金黄即可。


这个量做出的麻叶,可以做两周半两人份的煎饼。


然后把午餐肉切成条,然后煎至金黄。







再调制一下酱,两勺甜面酱加水搅拌至流动状,然后根据自己口味加适量糖,搅拌均匀就可以啦。大家也可以自己开发,可以加腐乳和辣油~


. 电饼铛上下烤盘预热好后调成小火,自主烘烤功能。然后舀3勺面糊在烤盘中央,用刮板刮匀。薄厚不均或者破洞都不要紧。








. 打上蛋,先用刮板把蛋打散,然后均匀转圈在饼皮上涂满,等到只有没完全凝固的蛋白的时候盖上盖子,焖个15秒左右,然后打开看到鸡蛋都凝固以后就OK啦。






.涂上酱料,放上菜,卷起来即可。













.大功告成,开动!









1.我用的纯面糊,所以做出来会软一点。

2.好好利用电饼铛的上烤盘,可以省不少时间!

3.另加香肠,黄瓜也都超好吃~如果有鸡柳啥的就更好了,好馋国内的煎饼啊!!!
