《新年目標打卡第二天》七天減醣減肥

第一天執行減醣感覺有點辛苦,不過看了很多人說熬過前面幾天之後就容易多了。今天看到最勵志就是有位叔叔一年內瘦了『106磅』。對喔~你沒看錯,106磅! 有沒有很心動?

剛開始執行也有很多疑問,例如該吃什麼,又或者如何在忙碌生活中吃的健康呢?



如何準備食物跟什麼是合宜的食物呢?

主食基本原則上是瘦肉類以蒸、烤、水煮為主,配合些許鹽與胡椒調味。可以是任何肉類,譬如煎牛排、烤羊排...等等。想要瘦的快則以白肉為主。

配菜除了蔬菜、低卡水果、還可以搭配菇菌類如舞菇、金針菇,再配合蛋豆類、堅果、與低卡湯類,包準吃的飽又不容易餓肚子。
