買這塊喜瑪拉雅鹽板除了可以用來烤肉、魚、還有蔬菜,唯一缺點就是它非常沉重,光是搬來搬去就覺得手廢

鹽板放入,烤箱開Broil 模式達到目標溫度後就可以把想要烤的肉肉們放入,靖魚味道重所以要把內臟清潔乾淨然後用清酒稍微醃過

把魚放入烤到漂亮的焦黃就可以換邊,烤完出爐配上檸檬和雜穀米和蔬菜就可以吃上一餐了 👌
