yami_featured_image 今天来跟大家分享马玉山的紫山药黑米仁。马玉山的牌子在美帝的小伙伴们应该都不陌生,无论是在亚米,还是在各个华人超市都可以买到的牌子,口味有很多种,除了五谷杂粮,还有暖心饮料,不过个人觉得它家五谷杂粮会更优秀一些。 紫山药黑米仁是我个人很喜欢的一款味道,比黑芝麻糊多了更多的味蕾体验。而且主打黑色食材,小时候麻麻不就一直说,黑色的食物都是对人体有益的。这款一共有五种黑色食材,分别是黑豆,黑糯米,黑芝麻,黑麦以及黑枣。对于不爱吃粗粮的小伙伴也是可以接受的,甜味适中,还有燕麦会浮在面上,早餐来一碗很暖胃。 猴菇米稀有比较重的中药味,这款却没有,口味上胜其许多,只要加入250-300ml的沸水冲泡,颗粒会粘在一起,要搅拌一阵子,待其都融化开就可以食用啦!我比较喜欢吃稀一些的,加了300ml,味道一样很浓郁😉
