Recommended Instant Porridge — Desserts

If you are still greedy after eating, have some dessert.

Or if you are hungry every night, you can have a late-night snack.

The following are some of my favorite desserts🍮porridge:













1. Chestnut Oatmeal


I have never eaten oatmeal (a lot of porridges have oatmeal)

I can't stop eating it when it turns into dessert.

The chestnuts inside are really big!


Want to try something different,

You can try this, I used to eat chestnuts as a snack every day,

Putting chestnuts into porridge is special.













2. Eight Treasures Porridge


There are all kinds of beans in it, red beans and mung beans!

But I think this is a bit sweet


I've eaten all of Yami's eight-treasure porridge,

It tastes good and won't step on thunder.









3. Longyuan Glutinous Rice Porridge


I love the longan flavor! ! ! !  




All of the above have several things in common:

Similar in appearance,

The taste is similar,

Most of them have oat glutinous rice, red beans and peanuts (susceptibility to peanuts and beans should be avoided)

All delicious,

All are desserts,

Can be heated or refrigerated (I prefer refrigerated)


Don't miss it if you like sweet!

But to control the portion, eat too much sugar.

If you don't like sweetness, you can add some water to ease the sweetness.

速食粥推荐 — 甜品篇

吃了饭之后嘴上还是馋,吃点甜品呗。

或者每天晚上饿了,当宵夜也行。

以下推荐几个我的饭后甜品🍮粥:













1. 栗子燕麦粥


一向不吃燕麦的我(好多粥都有燕麦的)

变成甜品我就吃个不停了。

里面的栗子是真的好大!


想要尝试不同口味的,

可以试下这个,以前天天吃栗子当零食,

把栗子放进粥挺特别的。













2. 八宝粥


里面什么豆都有,红豆绿豆!

不过这个我觉得偏甜了点


基本上亚米的八宝粥我都吃了遍,

味道都不错,不会踩雷。









3. 桂圆糯米粥


好喜欢那股桂圆味!!!! 




以上这些都有几个共同点:

长得差不多,

味道也差不多,

大多都有燕麦糯米红豆花生(对花生豆类敏感的要避过)

都很好吃,

都是属于甜品,

均可加热或者冷藏吃(我比较喜欢冷藏吃)


喜欢甜的不要错过!

但是要控制分量,吃太多糖分高。

不喜欢甜的可以加点水,缓和甜度。

甜品我只吃过这个和绿豆薏仁汤

我想说,真的谨慎尝试


这个黑糖枸杞木耳露,很甜很甜,

味道是甜到很奇怪的那种,

真的不知道该怎么形容。



绿豆薏仁汤

完全没味道!

感觉就是只放了绿豆,糖,和水,

一点绿豆汤的味道没有。


这个优势就在大碗,

分量多,可是味道也让人难以咽下。
