【煎烤牛排】medium rare自己在家搞定

牛排是costco买的厚块牛排,认准prime (金块那款)有肥可以出油,煎出油烤很香。


US choice的还可以,但是肉质和prime比差了丢丢,不在意的无所谓,可以先做做看。




牛排🥩先腌上,简单的用盐和黑胡椒粉腌上就行,准备好蒜和rosemary rosemary可以省略,因为家里太多,加上也好看)








2块用铸铁盘烤的,受热均匀也快


⚠️会很烫,要用烤箱手套抓锅柄。


放油后,每一面煎一分钟,然后立刻翻面,接着再用夹子夹着把四周也煎上,每一面到时间就翻面,后面依次2分钟和3分钟,就可以停下来了。


这样是5-7分,一直中小火。


里面呢,是见红没有血,不喜欢红的话可以再继续煎。


台式黑椒牛排
