After half an hour, you can take it out and let it cool, ready to disassemble it into eight pieces for easy consumption. The steamed whole chicken will have a lot of soup, keep the soup and use it later;




The sauce is: quarter bag of salted chicken powder+Steamed Chicken Broth+Sesame Oil;

厨艺不够酱料来凑系列之盐焗鸡

快要过年啦,在置办年货的同时,新年大餐蓄势待发。这几日小村儿打算实验一些年夜饭菜谱,大多是第一次尝试,所以需要多多练习。今天来分享一道懒人美食,无需煎炒,只需腌制蒸熟的美味佳肴,盐焗鸡。




首先需要准备的就是盐焗鸡粉,我买的是东江牌的,也是村里仅有的盐焗鸡牌子,在此呼吁亚米进货哦😃




一盒里有六小袋独立包装,一袋可以腌制2lbs的肉,像小村儿买的1lbhen,一次只需要半袋鸡粉即可。




烹饪方法:首先将小Hen洗净,擦干,倒入半袋盐焗鸡粉抹在小Hen全身,记得内部也要抹匀;




接着放入智能高压锅内蒸熟,我选了Steam档,大约半个小时,用普通的蒸锅也是没问题的。盘子上覆了保鲜膜,扎一些小洞预防破掉;




半小时后即可取出放凉,准备将其大卸八块,方便食用。蒸好的全鸡会有许多汤汁,留下这些汤汁,之后调酱汁使用;




酱汁调配的是:四分之一袋的盐焗鸡粉+蒸鸡汤汁+麻油;




最后撒一些蒜,香菜,葱(任君选择),倒入酱汁搅拌搅拌,一盘很美味盐焗鸡就做好啦!




tips

- 半袋盐焗鸡粉搭配1lbs的小hen,味道比较清淡,喜欢重口的朋友可以多加一些盐焗鸡粉。
