yami_featured_image 纯天然滋补原盅椰子鸡🥥 这种美味 我知道 你不知道 ——————————— 椰子鸡🥥算是海南的一道名菜了吧 这么冷的天来一碗清甜滋润的汤来暖胃🌚 我的做法肯定不是正宗的主要好吃就行嘛🤭 买整只🐔吃不完所以我就买了鸡腿🍗代替 超级嫩哈哈哈哈🌚换成用鸡翅也可以~ —————————————————— 首先准备两颗老椰子🥥它像保龄球会有三个洞 找其中一个软眼然后用刀或者筷子戳👇🏻它🤭 然后把里面的椰子水给倒出来备用~ 如果你们买到的老椰子也是像我这种自带毛毛的😂 那需要多准备一个滤网最好盖一层纱布过滤椰子水 因为倒椰子水的过程外壳的脏东西会一起掉下来 ❗️关键的来了❗️我们需要劈开这个老椰子🥥🙂 如果能买到新鲜或冷冻的椰子果肉就省略这一步吧 不然就要费力盘它了😂本想滋补自己炖个汤 结果开椰子就废了大半功力了😂 最好放地上做一步把它放在案板上然后一圈一圈 砍它的周围一直重复直到看到裂纹就可以掰开了 戳过洞的那一半的椰肉挖出来另一半留着炖汤 椰肉黑色的皮要切掉只留白色的部分 我自己多做了一步把椰肉和椰子汁一起打碎 再过滤掉椰子的渣渣其实可以直接切小块就行 我觉得一起打成汁炖出来的汤会没有那么清澈 —————————————————————— 接下来准备🐔腿切块焯水洗净 然后把准备好的椰子容器洗净倒入椰子汁 不需要放水如果怕太甜的话可以加一些 然后放姜片和鸡肉上锅大火煮开后小火炖两个小时 快要出锅前加几颗枸杞就完成啦✅ ❗️等待的过程准备一下蘸鸡肉用的酱汁❗️ 原始的做法是需要用到沙姜和青桔 因为我买不到就用了青柠和生姜 把蒜和生姜还有小米椒、香菜切碎 放到碗里加入青柠汁和生抽少许水搅匀 按着自己口味来调整咸淡~ 等椰子鸡炖好就可以蘸着酱料吃 不会腥而且鸡腿肉很嫩很嫩 椰子原汁炖出来的鸡汤真的好清甜好鲜!! 这个做法也是是最简单的就是开椰子费力🌚 但为了吃难不倒我哈哈哈哈😂 # 温暖小家养成记 # # 开年吃大餐 # # 冬天就要吃点好 #
