海底捞酸菜鱼测评【AROMA食谱】

在洛杉矶M市吃过一次“酸菜鱼锅”对其念念不忘,每次去都会点一份酸菜鱼锅,但是我却从未在家做过酸菜鱼,因为没找到喜欢的那种酸菜味,试过东北酸菜,那是不一样的口感和味道。

这次$50测评大礼包我选择了海底捞酸菜鱼调料,正好可以试试看味道如何?

现在跟我一起来做酸菜鱼吧😁

海底捞酸菜鱼料理包有四种调料包:

酸菜包/腌鱼包/辣椒包/调料包

这份料理包准备很充分,其实只要准备一条鱼和这个料理包就可以做出一份美味的酸菜鱼了,非常简单!很适合厨房新手小白和学生党。



 



料理包后面有详细步骤图,简单明了,一看就懂.



 



我这次选的是猫鱼,也叫泥鳅鱼,肉质细腻鲜美,最重要是鱼刺简单不担心孩子吃会有卡鱼刺的风险。

把料理包中的腌鱼包拌匀腌制一会,至少20分钟+.在等候研制的时间我们先处理别的步骤。



 



我家比较喜酸,因为第一次煮这个料理包也不清楚酸度如何,就另外加了一份半颗酸菜。事后证明,这包酸菜加的有点多余😅,海底捞的酸味超正的!!



 



今天的酸菜鱼用的是【AROMA多功能电锅】来烹煮。

加油把锅加热后,先把酸菜和酸菜包煸炒一下,炒出香味。



 



再把我炸好的鱼头(在烹煮前我把鱼头炸了一遍,这里就不放图了)放入并添加料理包和清水。等鱼锅沸腾时把腌制好的鱼块都放进去烹煮,稍微搅拌一下,让鱼和酸菜以及调味料煮匀。

因为家中有孩子,这次没有添加“辣椒包”,试尝了一口,哇!超级鲜美!酸劲十足啊!😍



 



因为“偷懒”我并没有把鱼切成片状,直接放的鱼块,简单粗暴但一样不失美味😁等鱼完全煮熟后就可以把电源调至低温或保温,喜欢葱花的可以再添加葱花就可以开吃啦!

鱼肉嫩滑,鱼汤极其鲜美,这道料理包酸劲很足!要是不太能吃酸的就“酸菜包”减量,或者多添加些水,也可以加些少糖来降低点酸度。


冬天很冷,但锅中暖鱼汤温暖了我的胃~

这已经成为我必回购清单了!
