New year red! Simple and delicious - spicy! son! Chick!

Materials: diced chicken (best with bones), dried chili, garlic, pepper, aniseed, sesame, ginger, five-spice powder, sugar, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine

Steps:

1. Dice the chicken, add cooking wine, five spice powder, soy sauce, salt, minced ginger, mix well and marinate for a few hours.

2. Prepare dried peppers, cut them with scissors, cut the garlic a little, and prepare aniseed and pepper.

Cut the peppers with scissors. (This chili is super hot) 

3. In a deep-bottomed pan, heat oil, deep-fry diced chicken, and fry until golden brown.

I like crispy so I fried the chicken twice. The picture below is a comparison of frying twice and once.


4. Pour oil into a frying pan, add garlic, pepper, aniseed, fry until fragrant, and then add dried chili. Stir fry until there is a spicy smell in the air. Don't fry the peppers.


5. Pour in the fried chicken! Fry together. If it's not salty enough, add some salt, add a pinch of sugar to taste, and finally sprinkle a handful of sesame seeds.

新年红!简单包好吃-辣!子!鸡!

材料:鸡丁(带骨头最好),干辣椒,蒜,花椒,大料,芝麻,姜,五香粉,糖,盐,生抽,料酒

步骤:

1.鸡肉切丁,加入 料酒, 五香粉, 酱油, 盐, 姜末,拌均匀,腌制几小时。

2.准备干辣椒,用剪刀剪开,蒜稍微切一下,准备好大料,花椒。

辣椒用剪刀剪开。(这个辣椒超级辣) 

3.深底的锅,热油,炸鸡丁,炸到金黄。

我喜欢吃脆的,就把鸡丁炸了两次。下图是炸两次和一次的对比。


4。炒锅倒油,放蒜,花椒,大料,炒香,再放干辣椒。炒到空气中弥漫着一股呛鼻子的辣味。辣椒不要炒糊哦。


5.倒入炸好的鸡丁!一起炒。不够咸就放点盐,再放一丢糖提味,最后撒一把芝麻。 

6.恭喜你获得一盘辣子鸡!o(* ̄▽ ̄*)ブ

***辣椒的量按照自己能吃辣的程度放。但是不要不舍得自己的辣椒哦。
