DIY Japanese Ramen

(I'm lazy and have no memory)

Put it on the computer after every shot. Then forget about it.

Love this ramen.
Every time I go to California, I buy a few boxes and come back.
There are about 4 flavors. Here are 2 of them.
Ramen Ingredients:
Bamboo shoots corn kernels  baby corn, fungus, Chinese BBQ pork (no Japanese BBQ pork), shallots.
I will open 2 stoves one for noodles and one for soup base
The tonkotsu soup is milky white.
The noodles only need to cook for 2 minutes, and it will not taste like this after a long time.
Miso is this color.
Put the same ingredients into the noodle soup.
The hot spring egg was a little unsuccessful. But it doesn't affect eating.
Eat immediately after cooking.
One bowl to eat by yourself, and one bowl to cook for your nephew.
(I am a good cousin, sharing food).
As I said, the spicy red oil is really delicious.  Recommended countless times.
When I posted this sharing, I checked the list I posted before, but my memory is really bad. I don't know if I have posted it before.

DIY 日式拉面

嗯哼

又是早期拍的

(我懒,没记性)

每次拍完就放电脑里。然后就忘记了。

超爱这款拉面的。
每次去加州都会,买几盒回来。
大概有4款口味。这是其中2款。
拉面食材:
竹笋 玉米粒  小玉米,木耳,中式叉烧(没有日式叉烧),青葱。
我会开2个炉 一个煮面,一个煮汤底
豚骨汤是乳白色。
面只要煮2分钟,久了就不是这个口感了。
味增是这颜色的。
把食材一样样的放入汤面中。
温泉蛋煮的有点小失败。不过不会影响食用。
煮好就要立即吃的。
一碗自己吃,一碗煮给侄子吃。

都说了,麻辣红油真的很好吃。 无数次推荐了。
在发这个分享时候,我翻查了之前晒单,记性真的不好,不知道有没有发过。
