Not too many calories for lunch Because there are usually classes before 2pm So I used to go to the gym around 5:00. It will probably be the same from today onwards, except for the late Tuesday class I don't know how much I'll lose this time The last time I insisted on losing 6 or 7 pounds in a month I'm going to buy some green juice or something on Yami's meal replacement~ wwww i will do my best target 100 Morning weight 60.8kg

# 燃烧卡路里大作战 # 滴,打卡第一天 一个寒假使我堕落 回来学校发现期末减下去的都胖回来了 今天终于下定决心要瘦瘦瘦 今天姨妈第三天 感觉可以跑跑走走了 但因为将近两个月没运动 今天运动量稍微轻一点 跑步机 10分钟 (太累了跑一会出了一身汗呜呜呜) 椭圆机 10分钟 动感单车 20分钟 仰卧起坐 10个 4组 平板支撑 1min 3组 今天没课哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈于是堕落的睡到了十点半 起床吃了个苹果 最近实在太想吃汉堡薯条于是点了外卖 午餐热量简直不要太多 因为一般都是下午两点之前有课 所以以前也是健身房都是5点左右去的 从今天开始大概也会这样除了周二课比较晚 不知道这次会瘦多少 上次坚持一个月瘦了6,7斤这样 准备在亚米上买点青汁什么的代餐~ wwww我会加油的 目标100 早上量的体重 60.8kg
