Before I go, I eat a banana to replenish my strength. I used to eat late-night snacks every day. # 燃烧卡路里大作战 # 滴,打卡第2天 💕今天先晒一下最近经常吃的健身餐.都说健身是三分靠练七分靠吃哈哈!虽然我目前还是没有非常专业的了解增肌或者减脂餐.不过我都尽量控制饮食.少油少炸少糖的.但是不能极端的什么都不吃。那样只会晕倒的好吗😂 💕早餐我以前都是吃稀饭的.现在已经戒了各种白米饭.早上我都吃燕麦.午餐晚班也少吃了很多.一天都会会吃一顿gnc的代餐粉.它家的代餐粉我觉得口味还可以.我买的香草和mix berry.通常都是两勺加水.饱腹感会有几个小时。 💕因为工作的原因.我通常都是晚上下班后去健身比较多.去之前吃一根香蕉补充下体力.以前的我天天吃宵夜..现在晚上回来已经跟宵夜say goodbye了。 💕希望我的打卡能够成功!加油!
