【小可乐今天吃什么】 滴! 打卡第二天。

今天跟水果有关的几个好吃不长胖的食物。

🙂


其实经常有人说..

减肥时有些水果不能吃。

因为糖分很高。


但是..

如果你真的可以控制好自己少油少盐。

不吃垃圾食品。

那么水果这点糖是完全不算什么的。


第一样就是水果沙拉..



 




这样的一碗呢。

我用到的食材有:

橙子。

蔬菜。

核桃。

搭配酸奶。


(一定不能用沙拉酱..

因为沙拉酱热量真的非常非常高..



 



Chobani的这一个Lowfat系列是我特别特别喜欢的。

首先味道很好..

在一个就是非常方便。

它是瓶装的。

出门也可以携带。

最后就是这样的一瓶只有60左右大卡。

很可观。




 



第二个就是一个水果味的冰淇淋..


没错..

就是冰淇淋。


我是在Walmart偶然发现的这款。

就买回来试吃了一下..

然后就开始无限回购..


因为真的非常好吃!


它的热量也算比较低的。

(和其它冰淇淋比较起来。)


它每一支都很mini

并且水果味非常浓郁。

也可以吃到果肉。


健身期间解解馋很不错。
