Soak glutinous rice mixed with black rice in advance4hours ( I used Haitai black rice and glutinous rice bought by Yami), and then steam it in a steamer for 45 minutes.45 The steamed glutinous rice will turn lavender due to the dyeing of the black rice, let it cool down a little and prepare it for wrapping rice balls.


The ingredients are salty, so there are meat floss, grilled fried dough sticks, crab sticks, and a large piece of seaweed wrapped in rice. If you are afraid that the rice has no taste, you can add some bibimbap ingredients. .


 

 


 

 


 

 

Lay cling film on the bamboo curtain that wraps the sushi, and then lay a layer of steamed rice. It doesn't need to be too neat, but it can be rolled. Sprinkle the bibimbap, seaweed, crab sticks, meat floss, and finally the crispy fried dough sticks, then pull up the bamboo curtain and roll it up with the help of the plastic wrap.


 

 

The wrapped rice balls are ready to eat right away. For convenience, a knife can be cut from the middle. If you like to eat sweet, you can just put sugar, sesame seeds and fried dough sticks, the taste is the same.

想吃就吃~黑米粢飯糰🍙MoMo

[滴,打卡第四天

今天介紹一下江南傳統早餐之一,和豆漿、油條、大餅被稱為上海早餐屆的[四大金剛]粢飯糰。一般的飯糰多是糯米混合大米做成,在減脂的日子裡把大米換成黑米,務求健康美味。


 

 

糯米混合黑米提早泡4個小時(用的是亞米買的海太黑米跟糯米),然後上蒸鍋隔水蒸45分鐘。蒸好的糯米會因為黑米的染色而呈淡紫色,稍加放凉準備包飯糰用。


配料準備是鹹的,所以有肉鬆,烤好的油條,蟹柳,包飯的大片海苔,怕米飯沒有味道的可以再加點拌飯料。


 

 


 

 


 

 

在包壽司的竹簾上鋪上保鮮膜,再平鋪一層蒸好的米飯,不用太整齊反正可以捲就好了。灑上拌飯料,海苔,蟹柳,肉鬆,最後是脆脆的油條,然後努力拉起竹簾靠著保鮮膜借力捲起來就好啦。


 

 

包好的粢飯糰馬上就可以吃啦,為了方便可以從中間切一刀。喜歡吃甜的可以只放白糖,芝麻和油條,味道一樣是棒棒的。

紫米是屬於糯米的一種,而黑米則是粳米。兩者都是糙米,兩者營養都十分豐富,但不同的是,紫米有糯米的特性,吃過多會有消化不良的情形。

紫米與黑米在外型上很像,都有黑色的麩皮,及長條狀的外型。但黑米較胖短一點。
