打卡第四天,不节食我吃什么!



节食减肥的两大弊端,一个是身体营养不够会虚弱,吃不饱没力气减肥啊!二是隐藏的长期的但是后果更严重的,身体默认你处于难民状态,降低了基础代谢。酱紫捏等你不节食了开始吃吃吃了,你发现和你一起吃饭吃的还比你多的妹子还是那么瘦,而你一开始正餐立马就把节食掉的肉长回来了!所以说我们的身体真的很神秘啊!


我也算走过猴多减肥路的人了!给大家看一哈我最满意的减肥是怎么吃的呀!


早饭-保持基础代谢



🌺1尽量在900am之前完成(传说中超过十点身体就开始吸收💩了哦,怕不怕)


🌺2要同时吃到蛋白质+纤维+碳水化合物。


这可能是你一天中摄取最多碳水的时候,全面丰盛的早餐会给你整天减肥的力量!


我通常是在麦片,红薯,鸡蛋,培根,和苹果生菜里面挑。都是很简单的微波炉就能做的哈哈哈哈。不喝牛奶因为美国的牛奶会长痘痘为什么呀😑

再加一个小秘诀,如果实在忍了很久想吃垃圾食品,放在早饭吃吧!米粉泡面妈呀我太坏了






办公室的没有专门拍过,这是第一周周末的,还坚持着,从第二周周末开始早饭吃的很丰富了哈哈哈哈哈!



午饭-GI食物


还是谷歌告诉我➡️“GI”Glycemic Index的缩写,也就是升糖指数。是指不同食物在含相同量的糖时,能使血糖速度升高的相对能力。


午餐晚餐第一原则:远离高GI食物!!!


GI值太高的食物会让血糖快速上升,然后胰岛素就会大量分泌,这个过程会加速脂肪堆积。这也是为什么我早饭不吃面包或者饼干什么的。当然早饭吃也没关系啦!但是有更好的选择我就顺便多减一点嘛是不是。

这个表格一定不全面,但对付对付我这种村里念书的也差不多了哈哈哈哈我们吃的东西太贫乏了哭唧唧😢


午餐的选择太多啦!我就不给大家选择了。大家注意一下吃的顺序就可以了。先吃肉和蛋白质,再补充纤维素,最后才是碳水主食。想吃啥吃啥,比大餐量少一点油盐糖调味就合格啦!





给大家看一下我的!可以看到米饭的量已经不多了。然后鸡肉的酱因为有点多,所以还拿了点饭去擦了一下哈哈哈哈!肉很多吧!!!很好吃的呀😋


总体来说晚饭和午饭的要求差不多!但是我发现吃得晚好像消化不完,囤到第二天就胖了,所以我一般六点之前就吃完了,没错我下班不回家,在小厨房吃完再走哈哈哈哈哈哈。

而且我告诉你们一个秘密

晚上人的生理活动和基础代谢降低,冷的水果和蔬菜沙拉,会难以代谢,然后变成第二天的水肿


哈哈哈哈哈给大家看一下晚饭,我晚饭就不吃碳水了,吃肉吃菜吃到饱!肚子就那么大,要吃更好吃的呀!但只有这一餐我是会计算热量的,因为我觉得白天的两顿饭是我一天的营养能量来源,晚上吃一是为了不饿,二是保持代谢而已。
