"Fried Chicken Kitchen" Delicious and easy to make ♥ Milk-flavored bread sticks

Today I will post a super cheap but delicious breakfast/afternoon tea snack in the bakery-milk bread

Since saving money, this recipe does not require $2 of ingredients to bake two large plates! But don't look at the raw materials, but it's very face-saving to enjoy yourself or entertain friends.

The ingredients are super simple: bread, butter, sugar

I personally recommend adding a little cinnamon powder, which completely elevates the taste of the bread sticks to a notch

I personally don't care about the proportions. I used about 15 slices of bread with 150g butter, and the white sugar was sprinkled on the plate. Just add more when I'm done~




First of all, the butter must be softened and not melted. Otherwise, it will seep into the bread if it is too hard to be spread.

Spread a layer of butter directly on the front and back of the entire piece of bread, not much but evenly.


Take a plate and sprinkle white sugar on it, mix it with a little cinnamon powder, and coat both sides of the bread with sugar.

Cut the dipped bread into strips (or cut into pieces, the shape doesn't matter haha)


Spread it flat on the baking sheet and bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 30 minutes (similar to low temperature drying, otherwise it will be too burnt hahahaha)


Bake until golden brown and crispy to the touch!


It's more crispy and delicious after it cools! Don't look at it with butter, but it doesn't taste greasy at all, and the milky fragrance is very strong~

It can be stored in a dry jar for a few days.

『炸鸡厨房』美味小点简单做♥奶香面包条

今天发一个超级省钱,但美味完全不输面包房的早餐/下午茶小点——奶香面包条

既然说到省钱,这个菜谱不要$2的原料可以烤两大盘!但别看它原料很省,但用来自己享受或者招待朋友都很有面子哦。

材料超级简单:面包,黄油,白砂糖

我个人超级推荐加一点肉桂粉,完全把面包条的口味提升了一个档次

比例方面我个人没有很在意,我大概用了15片面包,配150g黄油,白砂糖都是撒在盘子上,用完了再加就好~




首先黄油必须要软化过的,不能融化哦不然抹不开会渗到面包里面,太硬会抹不开。

直接在整片面包上正反面都抹上一层黄油,不需要太多但是要均匀。


拿一个盘子上面撒上白砂糖,家一点肉桂粉混合均匀,把面包两面沾上砂糖。

把沾好的面包切条(或者切块也可以,形状不重要哈哈)


平铺在烤盘上,烤箱150度烤30分钟(类似低温烘干,不然会太焦哈哈哈哈)


烤到表面金黄,摸起来起来很酥脆就可以啦!


晾凉之后更酥脆好吃哦!别看它加了黄油但是吃起来完全不会油腻,奶香很浓~

可以放到干燥的罐子里面保存几天没问题~
