/Di, clock in Day 9/ "Apple 🍎 Flip Tofu Brownie 🍫"
There are too many green apples left at home, so I used three apples to make tofu brownies, and one apple to cook oatmeal 😋😋😋.
The recipe is still the recipe for the sugar-free tofu brownie I posted two days ago. Last time I said that 100% dark chocolate was too bitter. This time I decided to make some bold improvements that might cover up the bitterness of the chocolate😆
The diced apples are soft after baking, adding some sweet and sour to the brownie. The layer of apples on the bottom just helps the cake to stick out 😼.
Shameless to say, I am too beautiful 🤩🤩

/滴,打卡第9天/ 「蘋果🍎翻轉豆腐布朗尼🍫」
家裡青蘋果剩太多,於是用了三個蘋果做了豆腐布朗尼,一個蘋果煮了燕麥😋😋😋。
配方依舊是我前兩天發的那個無糖豆腐布朗尼的方子,上次說100%的黑巧克力太苦,這次決定來點大膽的改進說不定能蓋掉巧克力的苦味😆
蘋果丁烤過之後軟軟的,給布朗尼增加了一些酸甜。底下舖的那層蘋果剛好幫蛋糕防粘😼。
