▪️好快啊 打卡就到了第9 今天实在是太忙了 做了好多的事情 忙到现在才有时间来打卡啊! 今天虽然是周末 但是还是没有偷懒自己做饭的一天~饮食也十分的健康 基本没太多油脂很重的肉类!



▪️今晚做了比较喜欢吃的几道家常菜 分别是 蒸蛋蒜蓉莴笋叶🥬➕家常豆腐! 蒸蛋是最爱的菜 好吃但是其实并不那么好做我觉得今天这个蒸蛋不够嫩 可能是水放多了 没控制好量 下次希望自己能找到和上次一样的完美比例! 最后加了点儿书油辣椒和香菜 非常完美!

▪️家常豆腐步骤稍微繁琐一点儿 先煎后烧 最后勾芡! 加了点儿虾仁🦐 味道很好 荤素搭配 也是很健康的一道菜! 豆腐很香 虾仁很嫩! 最后就是蒜蓉莴笋叶 简单的素菜和调味 蒜泥炒出来更香!
