❣美食❣ 下饭神器秘制红烧肉

滴,打卡第15天

❥今天晚上我这个不会做做菜的负责晚餐担当,厨艺不够的我选择了最简单版本的秘制红烧肉。

❥红烧酱油背面有写好制作流程,很简单。

做法:
1. 五花肉洗净,然后切成小块。


2. 葱,姜都切片。

3. 用一汤匙油起锅烧热,爆香数片姜片,加入五花肉炒片刻。

4. 加入秘制红烧汁和水(水和红烧汁的比例是5:1就可以了)煮沸后,加盖转慢火焖炖煮至腩肉酥软及汁浓,翻炒肉块,让肉充分着色,过程中要适时地翻搅,避免肉块沾锅。   


5. 收汁后,即可享用香味四溢的红烧肉。
