相信减脂的宝宝们都有这样的困扰,想要减掉碳水化物的摄入,尤其是白米白面之类的高GI快碳,确又无奈有一个中国胃,每顿都想吃大米饭。那么,该怎样解决这个问题呢?

在美国,有一个很流行的 Cauliflower rice(花菜米饭),是健身界的宠儿,也是白米饭的完美替身。一杯花菜米饭热量是普通米饭的五分之一,非常适合减脂期或低碳水低升糖的需要。菜花米超市的冷冻食品区有卖,当然,也可以自己制作啦,我下一篇文章会讲一下采花米的制作方法。



 



那我们要怎样做无米蛋炒饭呢,首先,看看我们需要的食材,我准备了菜花米,芹菜,超市卖的低卡ham, 还有两颗鸡蛋,还放了一些baby spinach,当然,蔬菜和肉类部分是可以随意替换的,大家可以换成自己家里有的食材。
