Losing weight - drop, clock in on the 22nd day

Breakfast - drop ~ clock in on the fifth day

Today's breakfast is fried udon with sand tea (I added a lot of things~ and then I was full before I finished eating udon at the end

No lunch, because I went to costco to try all kinds of food, chicken and vegetable balls, wonton noodles, chicken pasta, etc.

I also ate a few apple pies bought at whole food (not delicious... not much apple filling, I want to eat costco's! But the box is too big

While I was dismantling Costco's roast chicken while stewing the chicken soup, I also ate a few mouthfuls of roast chicken (hehe

Then I got hungry after 4pm

I cooked a bowl of chicken noodle soup with stewed chicken soup

Super delicious~

早餐-滴~打卡第五天

今天早餐是沙茶炒乌冬(我加了超级多东西~然后导致于最后乌冬没吃完就饱了

午餐没有,因为去了costco,各种试吃,什么鸡肉蔬菜丸子,云吞面,鸡肉pasta等等

在whole food买的苹果派还吃了几个(不好吃……并没有多少苹果馅,想吃costco的!但是太大盒了

在炖鸡汤的时候我在拆costco的烤鸡的时候,我还吃了几口烤鸡来着(嘿嘿

然后下午四点多就饿了

我就用炖的鸡汤煮了一碗鸡汤面

我现在就把饮食尽量控制在八个小时之内(因为要期末我也懒得动
