😈pick: 出前一丁浓汤面

出前一丁是我最喜欢的速食之一,很适合做拌面吃,喜欢喝汤的话,它的汤底调料包也不错。





调料包很简单,只有汤粉和调味酱。

通常我都会先把面饼放入沸水中5分钟左右煮熟,另外把调料粉加100毫升左右开水和调味酱混在一起,混匀。

🌸想吃汤面,就多加点水,想吃拌面就少加,不要让酱料结块就行。

然后把煮好的面放进去,就可以开动了~😋





面条很劲道,有拉面的感觉,如果不自己额外加些配菜的话,一包面的分量也不算多啦,一包的卡路里是440卡,减肥期间偶尔用作早餐也是ok的~
