Made myself two more bags of fat flow tea today! You can drink two packs at a time for a whole day! Personally, I think it’s still a bit effective. I didn’t talk about losing a lot of pounds. It’s just that you can go to the bathroom once or twice a day. The taste of tea and barley tea is very similar. I like this kind of taste very much. Put it in the refrigerator and drink it as iced tea, keep your mouth shut and cooperate with exercise. Usually, it is difficult to not lose weight when drinking this perfect combination of fat tea. Hahahaha

《滴，打卡第二十七天》
今天又给自己煮了两包脂流茶！每一次煮两包可以喝上一整天！个人觉得还是有点效果的，没有说一下减肥很多磅那种，就是一天可以多上一两次洗手间😂茶和大麦茶味道很相似，我是很喜欢这样的味道，可以当热茶也可以多煮点放冰箱当冰茶来喝，好好管住嘴配合好运动，平常在喝这个脂流茶这样完美的搭配想不瘦都难哈哈哈哈
