I didn't have any fish and just used some pork and lobster instead, the staple of pho. Add all the seasonings.  

I also added the bamboo shoots I used yesterday.  

 

A simple meal.  

 

I seldom cook fish with sauerkraut, and I always feel that my cooking is not good.  

But this sauerkraut fish seasoning is very delicious.  

Not particularly sour, the mouth is sour, and then slightly spicy. There won't be a lot of scum.

我平常也很少煮酸菜鱼吃，总觉得自己煮的不好吃。 

但是这款酸菜鱼调料，非常好喝。 

不会特别酸，入口是酸酸的，然后就微微的辣。渣不会很多。
