yami_featured_image # 我的早餐打卡 # 番茄🍅龙利鱼 青椒肉末炒鸡蛋🥚 非常推荐番茄龙利鱼这道菜!高蛋白低脂肪简单快手十分钟搞定!!! 两个番茄🍅🍅一条龙利鱼🐟还有一些西兰花🥦(可加可不加) 龙利鱼切小块,我放了点胡椒粉盐还有料酒姜丝腌制了一下,大概20分钟放到锅里烫熟盛出,两个番茄热水烫一下去皮切小块。都准备好了以后锅里烧油下番茄炒出浓厚的汤汁放点番茄酱(或者糖),下西兰花,然后加水烧开🔥等到烧开了以后下龙利鱼,调味(盐🧂黑白胡椒粉,生抽)最后加入水淀粉勾芡,因为我觉得减肥最好少摄入淀粉类,所以略过了水淀粉那一步。 青椒肉末炒鸡蛋超简单,也很快手!牛肉选用90%瘦,10%肥的肉沫,青椒切小粒,鸡蛋两个🥚🥚 先炒鸡蛋,鸡蛋刚刚好熟的时候就可以出锅,不要炒老了。放点油然后下一勺郫县豆瓣酱,炒出红油下肉沫,断生之后放青椒翻炒,都差不多熟了以后放之前炒好的鸡蛋调味,郫县豆瓣酱本身味道重,清淡的可以不加盐。我放了盐,酱油鸡精调味~ (我口味有点重) #晚餐分享🥣简单快手高蛋白低脂肪
