格格的厨房 | 晚餐之简单好吃的家常菜😋
▪️好久没有分享美食了 好像人只要懒了整个状态就会倦怠了…所以还是觉得要经常自己做做饭好好吃饭才行啊!! 改掉不爱做饭 爱出去随便乱吃应付的状态了!! 最近几天都在坚持做午饭和晚饭 1️⃣是不浪费钱老是出去吃 2️⃣改掉懒惰 好好生活!
▪️今晚的晚饭是3道非常简单又好吃的家常菜 做起来简单!三道分别是麻辣蛋豆腐(日本豆腐) 川味土豆烧排骨🥔 和蒜蓉油菜! 特别喜欢日本豆腐做成这种麻辣味的 过程和麻婆豆腐的做法差不多~只不过就是一定要小心炒制的时候小心轻柔的对待日本豆腐 不然就会像我这次一样 粗鲁的捣碎了就不好看了😿
▪️土豆烧排骨的做法也是家常版的 不过一定要注意的就是焯水后 过温热水冲洗 这样肉质更嫩一些!! 炒得时候一定要和料炒香了再加水焖烧!!!一次加够 最后大火收汁出锅 加葱花和香菜 完美!!! 最后再来一个蒜蓉油菜尖 算是一个时令蔬菜了 趁着油菜花还没开完 赶上这波鲜嫩的油菜尖 真的是十分的美好了! 蒜蓉炝炒 清香味十足!
