🌸滴，打卡第1天。陪家属出差的日子挺无聊的！每天吃了睡，睡醒了继续吃，其余时间护护肤，看看电影，读读小说～特意带着健身套装准备减肥的，楼下健身房一次也没去😂天天外卖不用做饭的日子还是挺好的，只是挺担心自己快赶上猪的体重了。
🌸今天一天消耗完3张片装面膜，心里别提有多爽了，水库面膜过期了2个月，今天拿了两片敷肚子和胸脯🤣毕竟浪费可耻，虽然过期了，敷完没有任何过敏或者不适。
🌸面部今天做了清洁，最后一步补水用了雅诗兰黛水光肌微精华面膜，第一次使用，面膜质地是比较厚的棉，不怎么服帖，质地较硬，精华也不是那种容易流动的质地，较厚，比微精华原生液厚多了，敷完感觉还挺补水的，本来刮完黑头脸上还红红的，目前全消了～味道比SK-II神仙水好闻点，比较重的发酵味。查了下Sephora价格为$72/6片，辣么贵，看完价格我又多敷了5分钟！其实10分钟就够了哦。总的来说效果还是可以的，不知道用微精华原生液湿敷会不会效果差不多呢！？
