Celebrate the Year of Tiger!

Chinese New Year 2022 will fall on Tuesday, February 1st, 2022, starting a year of the Tiger. The calendar is also used in countries that have been influenced by, or have relations with, China – such as Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, and Thailand.

The celebration usually includes putting up red decorations, watching lion/dragon dances and fireworks, giving red envelopes and other gifts.

But most importantly, in most countries that celebrate Lunar New Year, big families of several generations travel across the country to gather together and enjoy the big "reunion dinner".
