Author Description

托马斯•W. 李，华盛顿大学商学院组织与管理系人力资源管理和组织行为学教授，俄勒冈大学博士，鲍灵格林州立大学硕士，加州大学伯克利分校学士。目前担任以下期刊编委：Human Resource Management Review，Journal of Management，Organizational Research Methods，Personnel Psychology。曾任Academy of Management Review和Journal of Management Inquiry编委。在Academy of Management Journal，Academy of Management Review，Human Resource Management Review，Industrial Relations，Journal of Applied Psychology，Journal of Management，Journal of Vocational Behavior，Motivation and Emotion，Personnel Psychology等期刊上发表多篇论文。在从事研究工作之前，曾在南加州爱迪生公司工作。吕力，武汉大学博士，北京大学博士后，2007—2008年在北京大学留校任教。现任武汉工程大学管理学院副院长、副教授。在《南开管理评论》《管理学报》等期刊上发表管理哲学、管理研究方法论文二十余篇，其中十余篇被人大《复印报刊资料》全文转载；出版专著《管理学案例研究方法》。主持国家社会科学基金、教育部人文社会科学基金等多项课题。获得教育部高等学校人文社会科学优秀成果三等奖，入选湖北省新世纪高层次人才工程（第二层次）人选名单。
