《英、日、法、汉语文词典对比研究》采用词典结构与功能分析相结合的方法，在对英、日、法、汉语文词典的结构进行平行性对比的基础上，描写、归纳、分析不同编纂传统与文化背景下语文词典所担负的宏观与微观功能，同时关注当今社会计算机技术与语料库建设的发展在词典编纂中的介入程度以及由此产生的影响，最终为优化中国语文词典的编纂实践与理论研究提供参考。

Author Description

于屏方，山东烟台人，2000年获烟台师范学院汉语言文字学硕士学位，2006年获广东外语外贸大学外国语言学与应用语言学博士学位。研究兴趣包括词典学、语义学、汉英对比等。在各类学术期刊发表论文十余篇，出版学术专著两部。
张科蕾，硕士，青岛大学外语学院日语系讲师。主研日汉对比研究和词典研究。出版合著5部，发表文章10篇，参与各级项目4项。
彭冬林，法国文学博士。外语教学与研究出版社综合语种分社社长、副编审，中国辞书学会理事。主研法国语言文学、西方词典理论与词典编纂现代化。杜家利语言学博士。广东外语外贸大学双语词典中心研究人员。主研计算语言学与词典学。出版专著4部，发表文章50余篇。主持参与国家项目2项。

词典编纂的启示

20世纪80年代，英国词典学家罗伯特·伯奇菲尔德（Burehfield，1980：6）认为：“词典编纂者的主要任务是编写某一语言的词汇表，标明词性、发音和派生词，并用那些适于用作定义的词汇来给这些词目释义，但所用词汇不能超过本词典的词目。”当代词典编纂理论与实践的发展显然大大超出了伯奇菲尔德当年的论述。

从整体发展趋势来看，各国辞书编纂技术、编纂理念都在不断提升，辞书编纂质量也在不断提高。以汉语辞书编纂而言，其编纂“体例由疏而密，字形由篆而楷，部首由繁而简，释义由略而详，书证由少而多”。（刘叶秋，1985）从新中国成立之初到20世纪60年代中期，词典编纂经历了一个从低幼普及到全面提高的过程。并且，这一时期的词典编纂都体现出明显的汉字和汉语的规范化倾向。（李开，1990：121）周祖谟（1982）总结了新中国成立三十年来中国语文词典编纂与以往语文词典编纂在范式上的不同，共归结为六个方面，分别是：对同形字（词）分立条目、分清单字在复词中的读音、词义的分析趋于细致、更多地采用详解型的释义方法、重视梳理词义的发展变化以及重视配例的选择。周祖谟从语内词典历时比较的视角，对汉语语文词典的编纂趋势进行了全面梳理。本章从语际词典共时对比视角，分析汉外语文词典编纂的异同，以期为汉语语文词典编纂的优化提出初步的可行性建议。

在大多数社会中，通用型语文词典都是最为畅销的词典类型。经过长时间的发展变化，语文词典作为一种特殊的文本类型，其内部的组织方式、所包含的信息模块及其相互关系甚至是信息模块的排列顺序基本已经确定。从词典的商品性特点进行考虑，不同语言、文化传统中语文词典的共性与个性特征都与词典用户的需求紧密相关。毫无疑问，词典编纂长期以来受到各种因素的影响：社会与历史因素的影响、语言学研究的影响、词典编纂理论的影响……词典编纂者一直在这些影响因素之下工作，并希望呈现出让各方都满意的词典产品。但是，在究竟什么是好的词典这一问题上，语言学家、词典学家甚至是评论家都有自己的看法，但最为重要的是词典用户的看法①。巴恩哈特（1962）对商业性语文词典的调查表明：一部成功的词典一定能够很好地回答用户所提出的各类问题。词典作为商品的属性决定了词典用户的需求必然会在词典产品中得到相应的反映。不同语言文化背景的词典用户只要存在需求的一致性，必然会使得词典文本具有一定的趋同性。但同时，拥有不同语言、文化背景的词典用户在信息需求的类型上也必然有所不同，这使不同国家的语文词典也表现出一定程度的差异。
