第一节语音概说
一、语音的概念
语言的交际作用是通过代表一定意义的声音来实现的，这种代表一定意义的声音就是语音。语音是语言的物质外壳，是语言信息的物质载体，但语音又不是纯粹的自然物质，它不同于自然界的其他各种声音，而是人类发音器官发出的具有区别意义功能的声音，是最直接地记录思维活动的符号体系，是语言交际工具的声音形式。
世界上的每种语言都有各自独特的语音系统，即不同的语言虽然都有某些相同的音素，但组成音节的规律各不相同。韩国语也不例外，它具有与汉语及其他语言不同的语音系统。
二、语音的性质
1．语音的物理性质
语音的物理基础主要有音高、音强、音长、音色，这也是构成语音的四要素。音高指声波频率，即每秒钟振动次数的多少；音强指声波振幅的大小；音长指声波振动持续时间的长短，也称为“时长”；音色指声音的特色和本质，也称作“音质”。

《韩国语语法教程》是为高校韩国语专业学生编写的一部现代语法教科书，同时也可供韩国语自学者及韩国语教师、翻译工作者参考使用。
本书较为全面地介绍了现代标准韩国语的语音、词法及句法知识。书中有关章节后面附有“参考与复习”，并在书后给出了“参考答案”，以便自学者参考。
为尽量吸收学界的最新成果，编者参阅了韩国国内学校语法教科书和最新理论语法书籍。在保持一定广度和深度的前提下，本书各章、节的编写过程注意了内容的科学性和实用性在不影响语法体系的前提下，对某些难以理解的语法现象——特别是在个别助词、词尾部分，尽可能地作出详尽的解说和示例。本书所举例句大多采用韩国日常生活用语，选自近年来韩国出版的比较规范的著作和辞书；每个例句均附有通俗易懂的中译文，以利于读者阅读和学习。
本书由延边大学李得春教授主编，主编统一筹划，编写大纲，统改定稿。各篇章的编写分工如下：上海外国语大学金忠实编写语音部分（第一篇）；解放军外国语大学武斌红编写构词法（第二篇）；解放军外国语大学吕春燕编写词法和助词部分（第三篇、第四篇第一章）；延边大学金永寿编写词尾部分（第四篇第二章）；上海外国语大学金基石编写句法部分（第五篇）。吕春燕整理了“思考与复习”及“思考与复习答案”。在修改定稿过程中，吕春燕协助主编整理文稿，纠误补漏，并做了电脑编辑、打字、校对等大量工作。
