Introduction

自1992年中韩两国建立外交关系以来，两国在各个领域的合作关系不断发展，尤其是经贸领域的合作关系，更是以迅雷不及掩耳之势迅速向纵深发展。中韩经贸关系的良好发展事态，使得社会需要大批既懂外贸知识又精通韩国语的人才，这无疑从一个侧面有力地推动了国内韩国语教学事业的发展。然而，国内已经正式出版的商务韩国语方面的教材却为数不多，远远满足不了在校学生以及社会上从事对韩商贸工作人士的需求。在这种情况下，编写一本体例新颖、内容实际、时代感鲜明且简单实用的商务韩国语入门教材就显得尤为重要，而这也是本书作者的编写初衷所在。
本文总共由十五个单元构成，以一个去韩国出差的中国贸易公司职员李明的经历为主线，将他在韩国的所见所闻以及与韩国客户达成交易的整个过程，与商务工作中可能出现的各种情况，诸如谈判、交货、付款、包装、运输、保险、索赔等专业外贸知识有机地结合在一起，故事线与知识线并重，即有利于提高学生的学习兴趣，同时又在潜移默化中介绍了大量的实质性的外贸实务知识，可谓一举两得。这本书中还有介绍关于外贸业务信函书写的内容，主要介绍了外贸业务函电及合同的格式与写法，所选语言材料均来源于实际的业务磋商，其中业务函电及合同的格式与写法，所选材料涵盖了交易提议、发盘和还盘、订货和退货、信用证的开立与通知、海运保险、货款结算、索赔与赔偿、信用调查等外贸业务的主要环节，而合同部分则例举了备忘录、意向书、协议书和一般性的合同范例，信用证部分分别整理了中国银行和韩国银行开具的信用证范例。所有函电均为中韩文对照，有助于读者加深理解和满足学生自学的需要。如果说贸易会话是以培养学生的口语能力为主的话，那么外贸业务文书则侧重于提高学生的笔头能力，即撰写书面文件的能力。而只有同时具备这两种能力，才会在对韩商贸工作中做到收放自如，游刃有余。
