《微电影拉片实录与教程》
从2014年的时候开始做这本书的结构，时至今日几次推翻重来，在交给出版社之后，根据主编的反馈又在结构上做了一次大的调整，然后就有了现在的“形状”。原本无形的想法逐步落实在纸面上，呈现出一个个清晰可见的段落，最终成为可以被触摸的实体书，想想都是一件幸福的事情。
幸福是一种感觉，很难形容，形容幸福只能用举例子的方法：比如说发奖金了，数额超出心理预期，再比如说书卖得好，读者们写表扬信（作者留了邮箱，也别夸得太厉害，特别容易骄傲）。
写作的过程中也经常会有不那么幸福的时候，比如说写不下去的时候，不幸的原因就很多了……诸如：心情不美丽；打字打得手腕疼；分析一部好的影片被情节所震撼，情感被完全地带入故事之中，然后就睡不着觉了，特别着急地想完成，结果适得其反，就更加着急；长时间用眼睛，视物模糊；朋友聚会喝得不省人事；还有时就是不想写了……
每当写不下去的时候，就会在一个文档上记录下当时的心情。
今天准备前言的内容，回顾了写作期间林林总总的感觉，那种自己与自己的对话再被翻阅出来是件很有趣的事情，就像曾经的自己通过时空隧道，走到自己的面前向自己喊话一样。现在看来写作中的那个人还是很“分裂”的，主要症状表现如下。
有时候那个人是满腹的牢骚，有时候那个人是信心爆棚，对未来充满希望，有时候那个人像一位长者一样语重心长、谆谆教导，还能写出长篇原创的各种版本的“心灵鸡汤”，还有时那个人的作风像是原始人一样简单粗暴……
回顾一本书的写作经历，感觉就像过完了整个人生：出生、成长、困难、坚持、挫折、走向胜利……然后再回到原点。
看着文档中标记的日期，过去的岁月变得无比鲜活：几个月以前，一年之前的事件、心情、思绪……仿佛一切就像在昨天，清晰而又模糊。
写作是辛苦的，分析影片更是不易。对一部九十分钟的电影拉片，进度快的话一个星期才能够完成；一部短片看似十分钟，也要花去一整天的时间。看着时间线那么长，几个小时才前进一点点，太让人着急了，值得欣慰的是，收获却是巨大的。
那些一闪而过藏在画面中的丰富细节被逐一揭示，惊叹于那些优秀的创作者们非凡的想象力和创造力，他们的作品中除了被故事所吸引之外，也看见了他们对待自己作品的那份真诚。
那种对作品细节细致打磨的态度、处理段落之间逻辑关系的技巧、丰富的人物性格的刻画等，让人感同身受，内心被深深地打动。有些片子已经看过很多遍，但某一天又把它“拾起”，依然能够让人泪流满面。
也许，这就是电影的魅力吧，它有一种走入人内心的力量，无论你是坚强的、脆弱的、敏感的、自负的，想必都能从这些作品里找到自己的影子……
从影片中我们获得感悟：自己不够完美、人生不够幸福、诸多的目标和意愿没有达成、伤感总是大于快乐……但，影片中的这些主人公最终都实现了自己人生的逆转，他们靠自己的努力不断奋勇往前，最终改变了命运。
如果这些情感都被统统地归结为一个梦，一个电影的梦，那作者想说的是：这是一个好梦。
无论观众们是否被打动，也无论观众们是否在感悟之后依然回归到现实中应有的轨迹上，然后一如既往……作为一个造梦者、一个靠影像讲故事的人来说，我们的首要目标还是要会讲故事，造好这个梦……
大家从书中会看到讲一个好故事的要素，这是作者提炼出来的自己的见解，供大家参考；作者给出一个具体的学习方法，有些观点难免片面和主观，所以请大家了解学习方法的同时，也要坚持自己的独立思考。
要想拍出好的作品就要多看、多练、善于总结，看无数的片子、读大量的书、遇见最好的老师，但是自己不动手去拍摄、去剪辑，可能永远都无法悟到其中的奥妙。
拍电影、微电影、广告片、宣传片等都是一样的，是一种身体力行的体悟。
