Author Description

佐藤忠男，日本电影评论家、教育家，现为日本映画大学校长。1930年生于日本新潟县，通过向杂志投稿，从工人转行为职业影评人，撰写了大量电影评论和电影史研究文章。1956年*一部专著《日本的电影》获得了“电影旬报奖”，1973年开始与妻子佐藤久子一同编辑、发行私人电影杂志《映画史研究》。其他代表作有《黑泽明的世界》《小津安二郎的艺术》《大岛渚的世界》《沟口健二的世界》《日本电影史》等。由于他一直致力于挖掘不被广泛知晓的亚洲电影佳作，并以其为中心推广电影艺术，1996年获得了日本紫绶褒章，在韩国、法国等也因其卓越贡献获得文化勋章。

译者简介

岳远坤，1981年生于山东，毕业于北京外国语大学日本学研究中心文学专业，获文学博士学位。现为北京大学外国语学院日语系博士后研究员。主要译作有《德川家康》、《坂本龙马》、《起风了》、《没有女人的男人们》（《山鲁佐德》一篇）等近二十部，合著有《日本文学》。2011年因《德川家康》第十三部的翻译获得第十八届野间文艺翻译奖。
