Author Description

雷·哈里豪森（Ray Harryhausen），于1920年生于洛杉矶，但他职业生涯中大部分的杰作都是在英国完成的。退休之后，他又以极大的热情推动着雷与黛安娜·哈里豪森基金会的运作。这一基金会的成立目的有三：让更多人知晓雷·哈里豪森的大名；讲解传授他的独门动画技艺与特效艺术手法；妥善保存他手中难以计数的珍藏。2013年，他在英国与世长辞。
托尼·道尔顿（Tony Dalton），曾是一位电影发行宣传员兼影史专家，现在则经营着自己的档案研究公司。他与雷·哈里豪森相识已有30多年，并和雷合著了他那本极为成功的自传《动画人生》，该书也是由Aurum出版社发行的。
