《云南财经大学前沿研究丛书：丽江民族文化产业集群式发展研究》认为以云南丽江为代表的民族文化产业的集群化发展模式.为中西部地区，尤其是少数民族地区文化产业的发展提供了一条有别于国外和我国东部地区以发展都市文化产业为主的新路子。同时，民族文化产业集群的形成和发展是一个动态过程，集群本身也存在生命周期，为了实现民族文化产业集群的可持续发展.只有形成区域创新网络、塑造集群品牌、提升集群整体竞争力，才能形成区域整体竞争力。
Author Description

晏雄（1971-），汉族，中共党员，云南财经大学公共管理学院院长、教授、博士，中国行政管理学会理事，云南公共经济学会副会长。主要从事社会治理、文化产业管理等方面的研究。先后在《思想战线》《学术探索》《西南民族大学学报》等刊物发表论文30余篇，主持国家社科基金项目《西部少数民族文化资源富集地区文化文化产业集群发展研究》（项目批准号：12BMZ058）等国家级、省部级课题10余项，主编《公共管理案例十五讲》《跨文化管理》（21世纪全国高等院校财经管理系列实用规划教材）《边疆地区社会治理研究》等教材、著作5部。

《云南财经大学前沿研究丛书：丽江民族文化产业集群式发展研究》：
众多的企业之所以要聚集到一定的地理空间，主要是为了获得单个企业在分离状态下孤立发展难以获得的经济利益。在追逐经济利益的过程中，企业往往会根据自身产品生产的特点建构自己的经济空间，包括计划空间、力场空间和匀质整体空间。由于经济空间是由各相关利益主体之问的经济关系构成的事实，在一定的地理空间内集聚的企业之间就形成了纵横交错的经济关系网络，这也意味着产业集群的初步形成。当然，由于不同类型企业（如钢铁企业、农产品生产企业、文化企业等）生产过程的不同决定了其形成产业集群的差异性，从而导致不同产业集群经济空间的构成是不相同的。下面从计划空间、力场空间和匀质整体空间三个方面来考察民族文化产业集群的经济空间结构。
文化企业在特定的民族地区聚集后，各企业通常会确定自己的发展计划，形成计划空间，即本企业与其生产要素（如原材料、动力、资本、劳动力等）供应商和产品（中间产品和最终产品）购买者之间形成的购销计划关系集合。这些关系（企业与企业、企业与消费者以及企业与生产要素的所有者）之间都存在可以用产品价格和生产成本来度量的经济距离。②而产品价格和生产成本不仅取决于本企业的计划结构和安排，也依赖于与之相关的其他企业和组织的计划结构和安排，综合考虑这些因素之后，企业计划空间得以确定。如丽江玉龙雪山印象旅游文化产业有限公司，围绕该公司打造的《印象丽江·雪山篇》大型歌舞演艺节目就形成了演员、服装、道具、马匹等的供应者和演艺节目的经销者（旅行社）、消费者（游客）之间的购销关系和各利益相关者之间的产品价格安排。
作为立场的经济空间是指民族文化产业集群内通常会形成许多中心或极，即文化企业。每一家文化企业都会产生并形成一定的离心力（辐射力）和向心力（聚集力），形成它自己的立场，同时它又处于其他文化企业的立场中。各个文化企业产生的辐射力和聚集力相互作用、相互影响，在集群内形成了一个统一的立场空间。⑧处于立场空间中的文化企业（即能产生离心力和向心力的中心）通过利益诱导等形式将人、财、物等资源集聚在它的周围，同时，通过向其他文化企业输出产品和劳务以及人才、资金和技术等重要生产要素，既构建了自己的计划空间，又形成受其支配和影响的经济区。如丽江玉龙股份有限公司通过其辐射力和聚集力形成了包括旅游索道及其相关配套设施3家、酒店业务l家、文艺演出l家、旅游项目投资及管理2家、餐饮零食销售及旅游服务1家、旅游配套项目开发经营1家、旅游车服务l家、入境旅游业务和国内旅游业务1家、其他3家共14家控股、参股公司的旅游文化产业集聚区。
民族文化产业集群内还有一个作为匀质整体的经济空间。这种匀质性是相对于各个文化企业及它们之间的相互关系而言的。集聚在同一个地理空间的文化企业，面对相同的市场环境和相同的顾客，即使它们的生产、销售条件或经营成本不完全相同，也必然会制定大致相同的价格。集群内企业面对的这种相同的市场环境和统一的市场价格体系就是一个匀质整体空间。
（三）社会文化空间
社会文化空间实质上就是产业集群网络，是在一定的地理空间范围内，产业集群中的各类主体（包括企业、大学、研究机构、地方政府等组织及个人）在各种经济关系的基础上，基于共同的社会文化背景和共同的信任基础上结成的各种相对稳定的、能够促进产业集群协调稳定发展的各种关系网络。④集群社会文化空间结构的完善程度一定意义上代表着产业集群的发达程度和竞争力的强弱。②
在民族文化产业集群的形成和发展过程中，社会文化发挥了更加重要的作用。民族地区的社会成员对自己的民族归属有着强烈认知和感情依附，⑧在民族地区往往形成以地缘（邻里关系）、血缘（家族）、族缘（同一民族）、友缘（朋友关系）等纽带为基础的社会文化空间，空间内的人们崇尚与熟人做生意，熟人之间的信任度极高，而信任被普遍认为是基本的网络机制。当这种信任关系高度的聚集在一个地理空间和经济空间重叠的区域时，空间内的各种经济关系和社会关系交织在一起产生的空间集聚作用，具有更加强大的效力。
