Author Description

王铁军教授，中国创意经济研究院院长、中·欧创意经济研究中心中方主任、创意经济学系统理论创始人。王铁军教授研究创建了创意经济学的理论框架、基本原理、系统理论。同时王铁军教授运用创意经济学原理，进行了创意经济型城市、创意经济型企业、创意经济型产品的创意研究与实际运作，并取得了创意经济理论与实际应用的丰硕成果。王铁军教授创意经济学系统理论著作，*一部《创意经济学》；第二部《创意经济+》；第三部《创意经济学原理》（待出版）；第四部《创意经济学应用》（待出版）。

Introduction

当前，世界创意经济蓬勃兴起，迅猛发展。联合国于2008年、2010年、2013年，连续发表近100多万字的全球《创意经济报告》。总结了近年来全球创意经济发展状况；同时探索未来全球创意经济发展的途径。
当前，中国“大众创业、万众创新”“中国制造2025”风起云涌，奋发向前。“大众创业”怎么创，才能成功；“万众创新”怎么创，才能创新；“中国制造”怎么造，才能赶上世界水平，这是当前国家和人民群众都在思考的重大问题。我于2012年，将自己十几年探索研究创意经济理论的成果集结出版了《创意经济学》一书。该书出版后，2013年在北京举办了“北京首届创意经济学研讨会”，在国内与国际引起反响。在国内，应企业家们创业与创新的强烈需求，我创办了“创意经济学堂”，并与北京大学、清华大学合作举办了“创意经济学堂——创意经济与企业创新实务运作高级研修班”。该研修班采取了“在学习中进行实践，在实践中进行学习，在学习实践中进行创新，在创新中取得成果”的创新办学模式，真正取得了创意经济学习与实务运作的丰硕成果。在国际，因创意经济是在21世纪初才蓬勃兴起，还没有一套完整的创意经济的理论体系。因此，我于2012年出版了《创意经济学》，在国际上也产生了影响。2014年，我应邀赴爱尔兰举办了“首届创意经济学国际研讨会”，成立了中·欧创意经济研究中心，并被推举为中方主任，同时代表中心聘请了欧洲的学者，教授、专家为中心的研究员。《创意经济学》的理论体系推出以来，得到许多国际与国内学者、教授、专家的认可；同时《创意经济学》的理论用于实践中也取得了丰硕成果。于是我得出了一个结论：把《创意经济学》的理论“+”在产品开发、企业创新、产业升级、社会发展中确实是有实用价值的。因此我决定把《创意经济学》的理论科学体系，进一步深化为应用科学体系。于是把自己的最新研究成果和实践成果合并出版了这本《创意经济+》。
