《亚太地区经济合作问题研究》作者从亚太地区的实际情况出发，以欧盟和北美自由贸易区作为比较对象，系统研究了国际经济一体化理论，提出了开展亚太地区经济合作若干重要的创新观点。
《亚太地区经济合作问题研究》作者认为，亚太地区经济合作组织是一个创新的地区经济合作模式，它不同于有一定的封闭性和歧视性和传统模式。作者对APEC的创新性既做了理论上的阐述，又进行了实证研究。
通过对亚太经合组织运作情况的深入研究，作者认为亚太地区经济合作的主要内容应围绕贸易自由化、投资和经济技术合作、金融合作展开。
作者还从现代国际法的角度探究了亚太经合组织的性质，利用新制度经济学的理论探讨了经济利益与亚太地区的经济合作模式创新的关系，所有这些吸收其他学科和不同理论的研究问题的科学方法，无疑也给《亚太地区经济合作问题研究》增色不少。

Author Description

戴念龄，1969年2月出生于武汉市，1999年6月从武汉大学经济学院毕业，获得世界经济专业博士学位，1999年7月至2001年6月在北京大学经济学院从事博士后研究工作。曾在中国诚信证券评估有限公司和西南证券有限责任公司工作，现就职于中国华融资产管理公司投资银行部。本书是作者的第一本专著，另有《世界经济》、《国际贸易问题》等期刊发表学术论文十多篇。
