2．应激相关障碍
我们把由于危机导致的心理障碍叫做应激相关障碍．它不是一个障碍，而是一组障碍，主要包括急性应激反应、创伤后应激障碍、适应障碍三大类。以下分别向大家简要介绍。
1）急性应激反应
本节开头所举的例子就是急性应激反应的一个典型例子。这类障碍的特点主要是“急”，一般在受到应激性事件刺激后数分钟至数小时内出现。引起这类障碍的应激性事件可以是任何人都难以承受的非常重大的自然灾害，如火灾、地震、山洪、海啸；也可以是对个体冲击性很强的重大事件，如亲人突然死亡、遭遇车祸、’被抢劫、被强奸、被殴打等等。但总的来说，这些事件都会对个体的生命安全造成严重威胁，或者给其生活带来重大的冲击。
急性应激反应的典型表现包括意识改变、行为改变、情绪改变三个方面。
①意识的改变出现得最早，主要表现为茫然，出现定向障碍，不知自己身在何处，对时间和周围事物不能清晰感知。比如有些人听到亲人去世的消息后当场昏过去，醒后不知道发生了什么事情，不认识周围的亲人，不知道身在何处。这种神志不清有时候会持续几个小时，也有的能持续几天。
