灵魂的计划常常和这几个议题分不开：找到深层的自我价值感、情绪独立、自爱、转化受害者意识、服务他人，等等。经常地，这些计划是交叉在一起的，你可能同时计划了好几个目的。你的人生经验会促使你去实现这些目的。
