第二章初出茅庐做咨询

……

有了咨询目标做标杆，来访者可以清晰地看到自己的变化，从而认识到心理咨询在自己身上发挥的作用。心理咨询的目标和方案不是随便拟定的，而要遵循一定的规律。首先，必须是在双方同意的情况下建立咨询目标，如果双方出现意见分歧，咨询师要将自己的认识、看法和结论反馈给来访者，并且鼓励来访者全面、深入地倾诉，双方认真分析，直到达成一致。另外，咨询目标要有针对性，要针对某一具体的心理问题来制定。

心理咨询的目标分近期目标、中期目标和远期目标。每一个阶段性的目标都是为了实现终极目标，即实现人的心理健康、促进人的潜能发挥和人格的完善。近期目标也好，中期目标也好，必须具体、明确，如果目标抽象而空泛，心理咨询很难进行。

在制定咨询计划时，咨询的总疗程、时间间隔、每一次咨询的任务、方法、过程等都要明确，咨询师要确定使用的方法与技巧，这方面可以不对来访者透露，但是在个案咨询报告中，咨询师要将处理方法与技巧记录下来，如果可以的话，摘录部分精彩的、能够体现咨询师使用技巧的对话。将咨询计划制订好，双方约定从下一次会谈进入咨询阶段、咨询阶段一般要安排两到三次咨询，咨询疗程不等于咨询阶段。因此，咨询的总次数不等于咨询阶段安排的会谈次数。

当今社会，人们生活节奏加快，工作压力增加，由此引发了许多心理问题。人们对心理健康的关注程度越来越高，心理咨询师这一职业逐渐为更多的人所熟悉。与欧美国家相比，国内的心理咨询师作为一种职业曾短暂地出现于20世纪30年代，之后由于种种原因，直到80年代，该职业才再次受到重视，各大高等院校开始开设心理学课程，心理咨询行业得到一定程度的恢复和发展。近30年来，作为一种科学助人的职业，心理咨询行业逐渐被人们认可，与此同时，由于社会环境、体制法规的不成熟、不完善，当前心理咨询业也面临着许多问题。

国内的心理咨询机构所服务的咨询对象主要是成年人和学生，成年人主要咨询人际关系问题、生活压力问题、情绪情感问题、婚姻家庭问题等，学生包括中学生和大学生，主要咨询学习困难、厌学、求学压力大引发的情绪问题、恋爱问题等。此外，心理咨询所要解决的问题还包括儿童心理问题、老年人心理问题、残障人士的心理问题等，只不过这类人群的心理问题尚未引起足够的重视。

如同各行各业，任何一位初学者都要经历初出茅庐、一腔热血却束手无策的阶段，经历工作中的磨炼、训练不可或缺的技巧。师傅领进门，修行靠个人，心理咨询师的成长也是如此。与其他行业中的师傅的不同之处在于，心理咨询师的“师傅”是常伴徒弟左右的——在相当长时间里，督导师是成长中的心理咨询师必不可少的引路人。即使是成熟的心理咨询师，也要采用同辈督导、团体督导等方式，时刻检视和修正自己。

在本书中，笔者顺便指出了一般人对心理咨询师和心理咨询行业容易产生的错误观念。比如心理学就是心理咨询，心理咨询师是金领、是一个挣大钱的行业，心理咨询师如神明，可以解决来访者的任何问题，只要能考下咨询师证书，就能成为心理咨询师，替人看病……然而当你读完这本书就会发现，以上许多观念都是错误的。

实际上，心理咨询师也是在他人的许多误解以及自己所犯的一系列错误中成长起来的。在这条路上，任何一个不肯花时间，不肯动脑筋，不肯犯错误的人，最终都无法成长为一名合格的心理咨询师。成为一名合格的心理咨询师，学富五车并不够，还要经历漫长的个人体验、个案督导过程，要从每一个接手的个案中总结经验，加强咨询能力和技巧，剖析自己的内心世界，在帮助来访者的同时不停地自我成长，只有这样心理咨询师才能成为合格的助人者。
