罗兰·米勒（Rowland S. Miller）

美国萨姆休斯顿州立大学心理学教授，1973年获康奈尔大学心理学学士学位，分别于1976年和1978年获佛罗里达大学社会心理学硕士和博士学位。自1978年至今一直在萨姆休斯顿州立大学讲授亲密关系课程，因教学与研究优秀曾获人际关系研究国际协会的教学奖、美国心理协会（APA）和国际心理学荣誉学会（Psi Chi）的Edwin B. Newman奖。米勒教授还著有《尴尬：日常生活中的镇定与险境》一书，研究兴趣包括社会心理学、社会情绪（如尴尬、耻辱）、亲密关系等，现在侧重亲密关系的维持过程。
