Book Abstract

根据访谈的内容是否由标准化的问题组成，可以分为结构式访谈和非结构式访谈。结构式访谈是访谈者按照封闭式问卷依次向访谈对象提问，并要求访谈者按规定的要求回答的一种调查方式，结构式访谈结果容易进行统计处理和分析。非结构式访谈室访谈者按照提纲或开放式问卷进行的访谈，访谈对象的回答不受约束，可自由发表自己的意见。非结构式访谈通常用于探索性研究。
访谈法的优点是：①灵活性大：访谈者可以根据具体情况随时调整访谈的计划和进程。②适用范围广：除语言有障碍的人外都可以成为访谈对象。③控制性强：由于直接与访谈对象接触，访谈者可以对访谈话题和访谈进程随时进行调整和补救。④回收率高：只要访谈者有耐心，坚持找到访谈对象，就都能得到所需要的材料。缺点是：①访谈费时费力，而且也不经济。②访谈面对面，匿名性低，访谈对象因为顾虑可能不作如实回答。③容易产生偏差，访谈者的态度、表情、语调，甚至服饰等都有可能影响访谈对象，影响材料的真实性。④非结构式访谈标准化程度低，材料难以量化。
（二）问卷法
问卷法是通过书面的形式，以严格设计的问题或表格，向研究对象收集资料和数据的方法。根据设计问题方式的不同，问卷可分为开放式、封闭式和半封闭式3种类型。
开放式问卷是指在问卷上只提出问题，不列出答案，由调查对象自由回答。根据提问方式的不同，又可以分为自由回答式、言语导入式和情景导入式3种类型。①自由回答式是指提出问题让调查对象自由回答。自由回答分类要细，而且要避免分类的主观性。②言语导入式指的是提出一个词，让调查对象回答联想到的东西。这种提问方式能够了解调查对象对某一方面的印象和看法，特别是能了解调查对象无意中流露出的真实想法。③情境导入式是指在一个设计现场情境中回答。开放式的优点是提问较为容易，对象的回答也较为真实，往往可以得到意想不到的材料；弱点是只能作定性分析，难以作精确的定量分析。它可以用于探索性、预备性的研究。

近年来，随着护理学专业的迅速发展，全日制护理学专业教材建设得到了长足的进步，教材体系日益完善，品种迅速增多，质量逐渐提高。然而，针对成人高等教育护理学专业，能够充分体现以教师为主导、以学生为主体，方便学生自学的教材，可供选择的并不多。根据教育部《关于普通高等教育教材建设与改革的意见》的精神，为了进一步提高成人高等教育护理学专业教材的质量，更好地把握21世纪成人高等教育护理学内容和课程体系的改革方向，以中国医科大学为主，聘请北京大学、复旦大学、中山大学和沈阳医学院等单位的专家编写本套教材，由上海科学技术出版社出版。
本套教材编排新颖，版式紧凑，层次清晰，结构合理。每章由三大部分组成：第一部分是导学，告知学生本章需要掌握的内容和重点难点，以方便教师教学和学生有目的地学习相关内容；第二部分是具体教学内容，力求体现科学性、适用性和易读性的特点；第三部分是复习题，便于学生课后复习，其中选择题和判断题的参考答案附于书后。
本套教材的使用对象主要为护理学专业的高起本、高起专和专升本三个层次的学生。其中，对高起本和专升本层次的学习要求相同，对高起专层次的学习要求在每章导学部分予以说明。本套教材中的一些基础课程也适用于其他相关医学专业。
